Our history
JM POLYMERS was created in 2003 by Henri Grange, a pioneer in the field of mineral additives for plastic applications, in particular film and packaging. After more than a year of development, we manufactured our own machines to start this new activity in Europe. Since then, we have continued to develop and optimize our equipment to improve the performance and quality of our products.
In 2019, Initiative et Finance joined the adventure as a shareholder to support a new phase in the development of JM POLYMERS. In 2022, Jerome Grange becomes Chairman and in 2023, Floréal Jonveaux joins the group as Associate Managing Director. He brings, in addition to his 25 years of experience in the plastics industry in management positions, a strong skill in change management.
JM Polymers has become a European leader in the manufacturing of masterbatches and additives loaded with mineral fillers, calcium carbonate and talc. Customer service, responsiveness and ability to adapt are part of the DNA of JM POLYMERS and its teams, it is on these bases that we wish to continue the development of this family business alongside our customers and partners.
Since January 2023, JM Polymers and Cabamix have joined forces, thus forming an industrial group combining innovation, performance and sustainable development. With a strong environmental and societal dimension, Cabamix has implemented a development and innovation strategy for 10 years in the field of biosourced, compostable and recycled products.
This partnership allows the group to acquire a production capacity of 70,000 tonnes on 2 industrial sites, thus offering a wider range of solutions to our customers, including mineral-based products (calcium carbonate, talc, silica), recycled products (post-industrial and post-consumer), bio-sourced products (OK compost Home and OK compost Industrial certified) and additives (anti-UV and antioxidants). Equipped with high-performance laboratory equipment, we are also able to provide tailor-made solutions to our customers.
